I can help you achieve your fitness goals. Build strength, build muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently. BODY SCULPTING: Combination of strength training, aerobic activity and proper stretching with proper nutrition will help you increase in lean muscle and burn fat. CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING: I will help you design specific high intensity exercises that will you burn fat more effectively, improve cardiovascularconditioning, and performance. SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING: I Will show you how to develope core strength, explosiveness, coordination and timing, you will see noticeable improvement in sports such as Football, Climbing, baseball.
