STRENGTH TRANING:
Combination  of weight lifting and body-weight exercises.  I can help you achieve your  fitness goals. Build strength, build muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently.

BODY SCULPTING:
Combination  of strength training, aerobic activity and proper stretching with proper  nutrition will help you increase in lean muscle and burn fat.

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING:
I will help  you design specific high intensity exercises that will you burn fat more  effectively, improve cardiovascularconditioning,  and performance.


SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING:
I Will show  you how to develope core strength, explosiveness, coordination and timing, you  will see noticeable improvement in sports such as Football, Climbing, baseball.

BOOTCAMP:
By combining  high-intense fat blasting cardio with hard core strength training and military  moves, you will get that strong sexy body.

BOXING TRAINING:
I will show you a quick introduction into the sport of boxing. I offer group and one-on-one sessions to learn the fundamentals of boxing. The sessions include conditioning, pad work, sparring, correct stance, basic punches, heavy bags,  defensive and offensive techniques.
